*[Heightened Senses II]
*[Memory]

Strong Moderate
*[Consciousness]
[Hybrid]

Alpha
*[Heightened Senses III]: The changes to the body make all senses, smell, touch, sight and sound ten times as attuned as humans
[Aura Attack]: The ability to use lycan metaphysical energy to push, smack and knock other preternatural being around in warning and as distraction.
[No Coma]: The lack of exhausted sleep required after shifting.
[Commandment]: The ability to order a lesser lycan of the same species to obey their command, it is the law of the wild to abide by a dominant – the beast would be compelled to comply – an ingrained fear of disobeying a dominant is invoked that brings the fear of death.
[Inspiration]: The ability to inspire calm or terror in a weaker lycan – it can result in the reclusion of a beast to keep them from shifting or such turmoil that would surpass reasoning and bring forth the animal within.
[Aura Shielding]: The ability to use their metaphysical aura to protect weaker lycans from Metaphysical assault and emotions – like vampire auras (fear, anger, lust) and other metaphysical lycan attacks.
[Track]: Wolves with this ability are better able to follow the faintest signs of passage left by prey. The wolf is able to make out footprints, spot broken foliage/hairs/snagged threads from clothing, and similar things with greater ease than others. These images stay with the wolf even after the hunt, it is like having a photographic memory solely for the hints of the hunt. Wolves with this ability have even keener senses of hearing and smell than their fellows.

Strong Alpha
[Force Shift]: The ability to pull the beast from any lesser lycan of the same species in a spray of gore and flesh – this is very painful and unless an Omega, it will be remembered by both beast and person.
[Fast Shift]: The ability to shift from human form to animal form and back without hindrance by the pain or awkwardness of changing form. When changing to beast form, it still leaves the beast famished and when returning to human form, it often leaves the person weakened.

Leader Alpha
*[Vampire Shield]
*[Marking]
*[General]
*[Sense Rogue]
[Call the Flesh]:The ability to health a wound by laying the tongue to the wound and infusing it with the leader’s power
[Commune With Munin]: Upon becoming Ulfric, limited two-way communication between the wolf and the Munin becomes possible. This initially comes in small images or single words but can slowly develop into more coherent speech. The Munin must initiate the communication.
[Invoke The Munin]: The ability to call upon the Munin for physical strength and stamina (x3 speed, strength, and reflexes).

-]Biography[-

Geoff’s childhood is of little importance to us – at least that’s what he’d say. As a boy, he’d always loved the outdoors and would often spend days wandering around the forests. The fact that it was an escapist diversion from an abusive father rarely crossed his mind. On the day that most matters for our purposes, he wound up in an old part of the woods, an area he didn’t know very well. He stumbled down a small cliff, badly shattering his right leg.

He lay there for hours, in agony, his voice gone hoarse from screaming for help, to no avail. Luckily(?) for him, the forest was a favored hunting ground for a local pack of werewolves, and it was the night of the full moon. He was discovered by a pair of omegas, who nearly mauled him. Fortunately the Lupa, who still possessed enough human intelligence to recognize what was going on, happened on the scene and intervened, fighting off the other wolves. Of course, she was unable to do much for him in wolf form, but she stayed by him the whole night.

When morning came, the strange protecting wolf had gone. She returned in human form with a small group of people (including the wolves who had tried to eat him, though he didn't know it at the time) and Geoffrey was rescued from near-certain death.

In the months and years that followed, Geoff became obsessed with the woman, whom he knew only as "Diana", viewing her as a kind of guardian angel. He became fixated on her, much in the same way patients sometimes fall in love with their doctors. Geoffrey's dad, the bastard, refused to lift a finger to take him to physical therapy. As a result his leg didn't heal properly and Geoff was left with a limp.

The only other thing Geoffrey knew about the object of his affection was the fact that he found her on the night of the full moon, at that particular forest. So once he was fully recovered (or as recovered as he could be) a now-eighteen-year-old Geoffrey set forth to stake out what turned out to be a wolf pack’s hunting ground. Month after month he slogged through the forest, a nighttime haunt of some of the fiercest hunters on the planet.

Not the brightest idea ever. And eventually he paid for it.

This time he wasn’t so lucky, and he encountered one of the wolves in the pack, a new member who attacked him. Once again the Lupa intervened, saving his life, thought he was infected with lycanthropy. Though he was initially horrified, it dawned on him that this would mean he could be near to Her (yes, the mysterious woman had attained proper noun status for him) all the time.

His elation was short-lived though, when he discovered that she was mated to the pack’s leader, a friendly sort who viewed Geoffrey’s obvious crush as a source of amusement and nothing like a threat. Geoff was heartbroken, and devoted all his time and energy to becoming the best wolf he could possibly be, to try and win over her attention. However, he steadfastly refused to allow anyone to re-break his leg so that it would heal cleanly; he wore the limp, the reminder of the first night he met Her, as almost a badge of honor.

In spite of Geoff’s diligent efforts (and quick progression from Omega to Moderate), the Lupa expressed no interest in him. Finally, she decided to confront the issue directly and told him that he didn’t have a chance. She did the best she could to “let him down easy”, but there’s no way to neatly sever a fixation like that.

Geoffrey’s behavior changed after that, ever so slightly. He remained focused on increasing his strength as a wolf, but beyond the training he became withdrawn, refusing to interact with any of the pack in any kind of social setting.

Years passed, and Geoff never seemed to fully get over the heartbreak. By this time, though, Geoff had become strong enough to challenge nearly anyone else in the pack, aside from perhaps the Ulfric. Since he wasn’t really doing anything “wrong” no one could tell him to stop it.

Meanwhile, life in the Cooper household continued to deteriorate. His father, lacking Geoff as a convenient target, lashed out even more at his younger brother Jared. Finally, Geoff decided to use his newly gained powers to threaten the man. In doing so, he essentially revealed himself as a wolf. It was enough to cause his father to back down for the time being, but it also caused Jared to idolize his brother even more. Jared pestered Geoff constantly to “make me like you”, but Geoff refused. Eventually he decided to just pack up and leave rather than cause his brother to be even more reckless around their father.

Once he’d settled far away from his brother, he quickly became known within his new pack as “grumpy Geoff” and people tended to avoid him…though he was occasionally asked to help new moons learn control. The Ulfric noted that in spite of his demeanor, Geoff had a knack for this, and occasionally he would reveal glimpses of a nicer, gentler person underneath. These glimpses were enough to satisfy the Ulfric that Geoff could be a contributing member of the pack, and he was given more and more responsibility for shepherding the younger wolves.

However, in spite of the somewhat hidden core, Geoff still portrayed a gruff, uncaring exterior. One night, he didn’t pay close enough attention to his wards, and one of the newest members of the pack sneaked away from the pack house, to go visit family. The neophyte wolf wasn’t strong enough to handle the emotions of the reunion, and shifted. Before Geoff or anyone in the pack realized something was up, the police were called and the wolf was shot and killed as a varmint.

The pack was horrified, and despite his previous service, the Ulfric had no choice but to banish Geoff for his failure. Geoff suffered another massive shift in his attitude as the guilt of his (in)action weighed him down. His exterior mannerisms didn’t change, but now as he moved from city to city, pack to pack, a resolve built up inside him to atone for what he’d done. He continued to train, both in lupine ability and in various fighting styles, learning from anyone who knew more than him on a given subject. He began using his considerable strength to protect and shelter those weaker than himself, all the while deriding them with biting sarcasm and apparent disdain. Still, actions speak louder than words, right?

Years passed, and passed some more. Older, haggard, he arrived in San Diego to find the pack all but nonexistent. He quickly established himself as Ulfric, without much of a fight to speak of (there was no one to challenge him!). He quickly identified Louisiana Mason, the strongest wolf in the city aside from himself, as a skillful second and made her his Freki. Soon afterward, he began developing feelings for her, though he kept them to himself for a long time.

The vampire Veronika arrived in the city shortly after he did, and for a time the groups lived in an uneasy peace. Veronika, eager to consolidate her power, eventually decided that Geoff’s metaphysical heft would make a good addition, and marked him without his knowledge. He carried around two marks for several weeks without realizing it. Finally, she broke the news to him. He was livid, but as the consummate pragmatist, he understood what being connected to a vampire could mean to his pack. After a brief, bloody argument, he consented to the third mark.

Now he is bound to the vampire, and forced to travel with her as she goes.

What is you are requesting

A garnered ability from Veronika.

Why it is being requested and a link to the script(s) to support it

Geoff has been marked to Veronika for about a year. He might have gotten a garnered ability sooner but he has resisted his association for a long time. However, it finally crept up on him.

It first manifested in the scene [An Other King], when his rage at what was happening to Lou caused him to experience a sudden burst of speed and strength.

Quote
*it's well established that Geoff can move quickly in spite of his limp...but the speed with which he crosses the distance is like nothing he's ever done before, like there's some otherworldly force behind it....even for a lycan, even for an Ulfric, his movement is scary fast...even if Lee somehow manages to keep that grip on Lou's now-shifted form, she's smaller - or at least she's in a different shape, exposing different parts of Lee's body, but it's the head that Geoff is most interested in....he whips the metal pipe around into an overhead grip, plunging it forward like a spear...even without the ragged edges, the force he uses is more than enough to spit Lee's face like a gourd on a skewer....can Lee get his hands up in time? if he tried even for an instant to maintain his grip on Lou, then almost certainly not..if successful, Geoff will collide bodily with the other Ulfric, driving him backward until the pipe plunges into the brick wall behind them, pinning Lee's form there like an insect*

It happened again in [White Goat], when Geoff tried to save Laurell.

Quote
*it's that flare of beast energy from Laurell that gives Geoff more of a target to follow....and it's a beast you might very well recognize too....he can feel the pain and anguish in her energy, and all semblance of maintaing cover is lost* It's Laurell! *he doesn't know if "it" being Laurell means that she's somehow behind this strange feeling, or what - and honestly? he doesn't care at this point...someone in his pack is in trouble....he bolts from his spot like a sprinter, putting on a sudden burst of preternatural speed*

A list of the new powers/skills/talents what not that you will be adding

[Power From Rage]: Due to his connection with a Dragon vampire, Geoff can gain temporary increases in his physical attributes when he experiences extreme anger. His strength, speed and endurance all rise for a short period of time. He is currently unaware of it, and the effects are only moderate. At this point any increases may or may not be simple chalked up to the fact that he's a vampire's servant and there are benefits that come with that - it's not yet noticeable or consistent enough for someone to think there might be still another power at play.
